Hot serving cupboard with a dry Bain Marie top. Overall dimensions; 120cm Long, 64 cm deep and 90cm high on wheels for ease of movement. Internal dimensions of the cupboard are 100cm wide, 55cm deep and 52cm high with a shelf. Bain Marie will take up to three full sized gastronorms or more smaller gastronorms. Bain Marie and cupboard will store food at 50C, subject to the surrounding ambient temperature. Utilises a 240 v supply and is fitted with a three pin 13amp plug. Power consumption is rated at 1 kw.
