The Cinders Cavalier gas BBQ is smaller than the slimfold caterer unit but still ideal for commercial catering operations. Cooking heat can be obtained within 5 minutes of lighting. Heat is controllable to suit fast or slower cooking times. The unit is easily sited and is 910mm long, 660 mm deep and stands 850mm high. Capable of volume and quick throughput of food. Requires a Calor propane cylinder, which can be supplied.
