A Stainless Steel Hot Holding cupboard. Overall dimensions; 110cm Wide, 67 cm deep and 141cm high on wheels for ease of movement. Internal dimensions of the cupboard are 91cm wide, 55 cm deep and 103 cm high with shelves that will take up to twenty full sized gastro norms (or more smaller gastro norms) trays. Cupboard will store food at 50C, subject to the surrounding ambient temperature.
